$60 activation fee
Life Line eligible customers may receive a $30 discount on the activation fee. "Per federal mandates, we provide Lifeline service and Link Up Support along with the following services:  Voice grade access to the public switched network, local usage, DTMF signaling, single party service, and access to emergency services, operator services, long distance service, directory assistance and toll limitations services to qualifying, low income users."

All packages and Prices subject to change at any time. *Prices may vary depending on State and Area you live in. Service is subject to interruption 4 days past the due date and a $10.00 suspend fee applies. Disconnection and loss of phone number occurs 10 days past due date. 1st plan change is done at no charge. All other changes to service or account access a $19.50 change fee.Late fee is applied to account 1 day after due date unless you reside in the state of Ohio.

If you are applying for the Lifeline and Link Up Support plans you can click on the link below to view and print the certification form you will need to fill out completely and follow instructions to get it to us as soon as possible. If you can get it to us within first three days you could be eligible for a discount on the activation fee. The Freedom Unlimited Long Distance plan is for typical residential usage only. Usage in excess of typical residential usage, which is presumed to be usage of no more than 2500 minutes a month, will be subject to an additional fee of $50.00.
